Tower Incremental Progression Planner
Stair cadence, resource rotation, shop priorities, and rebirth readiness — without fake exact formulas.
Tower Incremental rewards players who treat each session like a short production plan: extend the climb with stairs, convert movement into resources, spend into glyphs and shop multipliers, then rebirth when the rebuild is faster than another slow grind. This planner is a decision tool you can run mentally or on paper. It does not invent patch-proof numeric formulas — live costs move with UPD markers such as UPD4. Always verify prices in-game and skim updates after patches.
Use this page with Getting Started, Controls, the glyphs guide, mining and smelting, the rebirth guide, and the tier list.
How to use this planner
- Identify your bottleneck (stairs, ore flow, glyphs, shop, or rebirth rebuild time)
- Run the matching checklist below for one session only
- Write down what you bought and what still felt slow
- On the next login, change one variable — not five — so you learn what worked
- Recheck codes only when a real drop is reported; never invent codes
Phase map (mental model)
| Phase | Focus | Exit signal |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding | Learn buy → climb → collect | You can afford stairs without staring at the prompt every second |
| Stair economy | Batch stair buys that shorten laps | Next stair tier feels expensive vs income |
| Resource unlocks | Mine, smelt, crystals, wood, essence | Stations are visited on a route, not by accident |
| Multiplier stack | Glyphs, Starforge, potions / trails / totems | Climb income jumps after planned spends |
| Rebirth loop | Reset for permanent gains | Rebuild to prior power is clearly faster |
If you are still in onboarding, stop here and finish Getting Started before optimizing shop order.
Stair buy planner
Stairs are the visible progress bar of the genre. Buying too slowly leaves height on the table; buying too greedily starves mining and shop systems.
Stair decision checklist
- I know my current lap time roughly (even a mental count is fine)
- The next stair purchase will remove a meaningful stretch or reduce falls
- I am not emptying currency I need for smelting or a planned potion
- I will climb immediately after buying so the new stairs start paying
- If the price spiked hard, I will divert to resources / glyphs instead of idling
Simple stair cadence table (fill with your numbers)
| Observation | Likely action |
|---|---|
| Lap feels long but stairs are cheap | Buy a batch, then climb |
| Stairs expensive, bags full of ore | Smelt and sell/process before more stairs |
| Stairs expensive, bags empty | Farm stations or glyphs first |
| Speed trail made you overshoot buys | Slow the approach; see Mobile tips |
| About to rebirth | Spend leftovers on permanent or high-ROI pieces per rebirth guide |
Do not chase a viral “exact stair count before rebirth” post unless it matches your live UI. Your income curve is personal.
Resource rotation checklist
Once multiple stations exist, unstructured wandering loses minutes.
Suggested rotation skeleton
- Climb segment — convert stairs into soft currency
- Mine — fill ore capacity
- Smelt — clear the backlog so raw ore is not a dead weight
- Crystals — pick up crystal nodes on the known side path
- Wood — hit tree nodes if your loop needs craft/fuel style sinks
- Essence — collect essence orbs when the route passes them
- Starforge — checkpoint upgrades intentionally
- Shop glance — potions, trails, totems only if the planner priority says so
- Glyph check — apply guidance from the glyphs guide and glyphs tier list
- Repeat or rebirth
Resource health table
| Symptom | Check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Always broke for stairs | Lap income vs buy price | More climb time or weaker shop drains |
| Ore capped constantly | Smelt frequency | Batch smelt every lap or two |
| Smelter idle | Mine route | Tighten pathing from Controls |
| Crystals ignored | Side-path memory | Add crystals as a fixed stop |
| Essence forgotten after rebirth | Unlock checklist | Pin essence on your first post-rebirth lap |
| Starforge feeling random | Visit schedule | Tie Starforge to stair batches |
Deep mechanical notes live on mining and smelting; this planner only keeps the rotation honest.
Shop priority thinking (potions, trails, totems)
Shop categories multiply different parts of the loop. Without a priority, players buy the shiny trail and then cannot afford the totem that would have paid for itself.
Priority questions (answer before opening the shop)
- Is my bottleneck movement speed, income per lap, or rebirth rebuild?
- Will this potion help a short push or a long AFK-style session?
- Does this trail make controls worse on mobile by adding too much speed?
- Is this totem permanent enough to matter before my next rebirth?
- Did updates just change shop balance?
Example priority matrix (adapt, do not treat as gospel)
| Goal | Prefer first | Prefer later |
|---|---|---|
| Faster clean laps | Income / stability buys | Extreme speed trails |
| Faster ore clear | Mining-adjacent boosts | Cosmetic trails |
| Pre-rebirth push | Temporary potions with clear timers | Random totem spam |
| Post-rebirth rebuild | Permanent multipliers | Purely cosmetic spends |
Cross-check community rankings on the tier list and avoid spending just because a script hub advertises auto-shop features on scripts.
Glyph planning slot
Glyphs sit beside stairs as a major progression pillar. In the planner, reserve a slot each session:
- I know which glyph upgrades I already own
- I checked the glyphs tier list for current priorities
- I am not starving stair buys just to force a low-value glyph
- After a glyph buy, I retested lap income once before buying more
Details belong in the glyphs guide; the planner only forces you to schedule the decision.
Rebirth readiness checklist
Rebirth is the loop’s reset valve. Resetting too early wastes a strong run; resetting too late wastes real-world time.
Ready to rebirth when most boxes are true
- Rebuild to “feels decent again” is clearly shorter than extending this run
- Soft currency purchases that survive or convert are spent
- Potions with wasted timers are not sitting unused
- You understand what resets vs what stays (rebirth guide)
- You are not confirming on mobile mid-walk (Mobile tips)
- You have a first-ten-minutes plan for the next run (stairs → stations → glyphs)
After-rebirth starter plan
- Buy early stairs that restore a usable climb height
- Rehearse the resource rotation once without shop distractions
- Reapply glyph priorities
- Only then open potions / trails / totems with the matrix above
- Note one improvement for the following rebirth
Full session planner (copy/paste mental script)
Minutes 0–3: Launch, HUD check, codes status only if relevant, camera comfort.
Minutes 3–8: Stair batch + climb laps; fix controls issues immediately.
Minutes 8–14: Full resource rotation including Starforge.
Minutes 14–18: Glyph and shop decisions using the priority questions.
Minutes 18–20: Rebirth checklist; either reset cleanly or park on a safe UI state.
Adjust lengths for longer sessions, but keep the same order so you do not open the shop before you know your bottleneck.
Anti-patterns this planner prevents
- Stair spam until broke, then discovering you cannot smelt
- Buying every trail because speed feels like progress
- Ignoring essence for an entire rebirth because it was off-path
- Rebirthing out of boredom instead of rebuild math
- Trusting unverified “perfect ratio” sheets that ignore the live UPD marker
- Skipping Getting Started and wondering why advanced checklists feel abstract
Fair play and scripts
Auto-stair, auto-mine, and auto-rebirth scripts circulate after each update wave. The scripts hub may list features for research. Running executors can violate Roblox Terms of Service. This planner is designed so fair players can stay competitive through better decisions, not riskier clients.
Maintenance after patches
When the experience title marker changes:
- Skim updates
- Re-price your next stair tier and one shop item
- Re-validate glyph order on the glyphs tier list
- Keep the checklists; replace only the numbers you observed

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Tower Incremental questions.
Does this planner give exact rebirth numbers?
No. It uses checklists and comparison questions so you adapt to live in-game prices instead of trusting invented formulas.
How often should I run the checklists?
Once per focused session is enough. After a major patch on updates, run them again the same day.
What should I open if I only have ten minutes?
Stair batch, one resource rotation, then stop. Save shop experiments and rebirth for a longer block with the rebirth guide.
Where do glyphs fit versus stairs?
Stairs extend the climb; glyphs reshape multipliers. Schedule both using this planner and the glyphs guide.
Can scripts replace this planner?
Automation cannot choose good priorities for you and may break Roblox rules. Prefer this page and optional research on scripts.
